1. These terms and the product licence
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) are the ordering document for self-serve purchases of Saleslox made through this website. Together with the checkout page you confirm, they form the Order referred to in the End User Licence, Acceptable Use and Privacy Agreement (the “EULA”).
1.2 Use of the Services is licensed under the EULA. If these Terms and the EULA conflict on fees, billing, renewal, cancellation or refunds for a self-serve purchase, these Terms control. If they conflict on use of the product, data, security or acceptable use, the EULA controls.
1.3 By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to bind the organisation named at checkout, that you are at least 18, and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Plans and minimum quantities
2.1 Subscriptions are sold per authorised user (“seat”) on one of three plans. Each plan has a minimum seat quantity. You cannot purchase fewer seats than that minimum:
- Basic — 5 to 10 seats
- Pro — 11 to 20 seats
- Enterprise — 21 seats or more
2.2 The quantity you select at checkout is the licensed quantity for the term. Adding seats later is a new or amended order at the then-current rates. Reducing seats takes effect only from the next renewal, not mid-term.
2.3 Live prices, currency, and any advertised yearly offer are shown on the pricing and checkout pages and form part of your Order when you complete purchase.
3. Fees, billing schedule and auto-renewal
3.1 You authorise Intellilox (and its payment processor, Stripe, once card capture is enabled) to charge the payment method you provide for:
- the plan and seat quantity selected at checkout;
- the billing interval you select (monthly or yearly); and
- the same amount, or the amount then due after a notified price or seat change, on each renewal date until the subscription is cancelled under section 5.
3.2 That recurring charge is the scheduled billing plan. The first charge is due when you complete checkout. Each later charge is due on the anniversary of that date for the interval you chose (monthly or yearly). Yearly terms are billed as one amount covering twelve months.
3.3 Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will charge the payment method on file for the renewal term.
3.4 Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes that apply to the purchase, other than taxes on Intellilox’s net income.
3.5 Failed payments may result in retry attempts, suspension of access, or cancellation after notice. You remain responsible for amounts already due for the then-current term.
3.6 Until Stripe keys are live, a checkout may provision the organisation without taking a card. That does not waive fees once card capture is enabled for the same Order, and it does not create a right to a free paid plan.
4. No refunds
4.1 All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not refund, credit, or prorate fees if you cancel, reduce seats, stop using the Services, or are dissatisfied during a paid term, except where a non-excludable law requires otherwise.
4.2 Unused time in a monthly or yearly term has no cash value. A yearly invoice is payment for the full twelve-month term, not a deposit.
4.3 Nothing in this section limits a refund or other remedy that applicable consumer law says we cannot exclude, or a refund we are required to give after a material failure we cannot remedy, as described in the EULA.
5. Cancellation
5.1 You may cancel the subscription at any time from organisation Settings (Billing) or by written notice to [email protected].
5.2 Cancellation stops the next scheduled charge. It does not end access immediately. The plan remains active until the end of the term you have already paid for — that is, until the next monthly or yearly renewal date. After that date the licence expires and access is withdrawn unless you buy again.
5.3 There is no prorated refund for the unused portion of the term. Example: if you are on a yearly plan that renews on 18 September and you cancel on 1 March, you keep access until 18 September and you are not charged for a further year.
5.4 Intellilox may cancel or suspend for non-payment, material breach of the EULA, or as required by law, as set out in the EULA.
6. Payment processing
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Intellilox does not store full card numbers on this website. Stripe’s terms apply to the card transaction. A failed or abandoned Stripe Checkout session is not a completed Order.
7. Trials
A 30-day Pro trial, where offered, is separate from a paid Order. Trial access ends on the stated trial end date unless you purchase a plan. Starting a paid plan under these Terms is not a trial and is billed from checkout.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. A change does not alter the fees or term already paid unless you agree or applicable law requires. Renewal after notice of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price for that renewal term.
