Mailbox AI
The shared inbox works while you are in a meeting.
One company mailbox. Mailbox AI reads each new message and sorts it: lead, support, follow-up, meeting, or not sales. Once an admin has authorised the action, it can create the record and send your template without waiting for someone to open that email and type the next instruction. The shared mailbox and the calendar are on the Enterprise plan only.
The shared mailbox
CRM → Mailbox appears after the shared mailbox is turned on. It is for organisation admins and CRM app admins. Sales people do not live in this inbox. A matched company becomes a lead in that territory, with the original email on the record, and the rep replies from the lead.
Check for new mail pulls the inbox now. A schedule can check as often as every five minutes or as rarely as once a day. The queue is Open, New, Claimed, Snoozed, Converted, and Ignored. The second row is what the message looks like. Open one, claim it, link a company, then make a lead, a support case, a meeting, or a follow-up. Snooze hides it until tomorrow morning. Ignore drops it from the working queue.
That is the manual path. The authorised path does not wait. An admin can allow automatic support cases, automatic leads, assignment to a manager, and an automatic reply. The reply is the template you saved. The model classifies the email. It does not write the customer message.
The email the customer actually receives
One template for leads and one for support is enough. The first saved template of that kind is the one that goes out. Use {{contact_name}}, {{company_name}}, {{subject}}, and {{summary}} where the customer’s details should appear. Write it the way a person in your company would write it: a greeting, what you understood, what happens next, and a signature with a name, a title, and the company.
A second template, set to Support, uses the same shape: what you understood, what happens next, and a named signature. The customer never sees the template name. They see the subject and the body, with the placeholders filled in.
The calendar that comes with the mailbox
The calendar comes with the shared mailbox, and both are on the Enterprise plan only. Week is the default. Month switches the grid. Each block is coloured by the lead or opportunity stage it belongs to. You see your own meetings. A manager also sees people who report to them. Admins see everyone’s meetings. Click a meeting for the company, the stage, how to run that stage, and a talk track written for that conversation. Follow-ups due this week sit beside the brief. A meeting or follow-up created from a mailbox message lands here too.
Loxley is interactive. Mailbox AI is proactive. On an email, once you have authorised the action, Mailbox AI can file it and reply without waiting for your review and your next instruction. Loxley works only when you ask, and it does not monitor the mailbox.
Authorised is not the same as correct. A classification can be wrong. A template can go to the wrong person if the match is wrong. Review the switches before you turn automatic create and automatic reply on. AI can be inaccurate. Inference of mailbox content runs outside your country, and there is no regional or onshore option. Companies with a data-sovereignty or onshore requirement should not use Mailbox AI. Saleslox is not liable for a message sent, or a record created, from an authorised AI action. See the EULA.
