The shared mailbox and the calendar, on the Enterprise plan only. On an email you have authorised, it can create the record and send your template without waiting for a review on that message.
Loxley works on your instruction. Mailbox AI works ahead of you, only for the actions an admin has switched on. They do not do each other’s job.
Read this before you rely on any of it. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Check an answer, a lead, and a drafted email before you act. Inference runs outside your country, and there is no choice of region. If your company must keep data onshore, do not use these AI features. The Terms, Privacy Policy, DPA, and EULA say the same thing in the contract.
