Quote to cash
The painful version: a Word file, a PDF in chat, an order typed twice, an invoice that waits on whoever “owns numbering.” Saleslox keeps the commercial trail on the deal — send, accept, generate order, invoice on Enterprise, documents from templates.

Mark accepted, generate order from that quote. No standalone mystery order with no commercial parent.
Enterprise adds invoices on the same motion. Starter teams still get the board; finance-ready cash sits on the top plan.
Quote to cash breaks when the price the customer accepted is not the price on the order. Saleslox keeps that thread on the deal. The quote is the negotiation. You revise that same quote, and the customer still has one current document, with the PDF drawn from the line items you saved.
Acceptance is the gate. The customer can accept on the link, or you mark the quote accepted, and then you generate the order from it. On Enterprise you invoice from that order. The order and the invoice point back at the quote, the company, and the opportunity. They are commitment documents: a change after that is a new record, not a quiet overwrite of the one the customer already accepted.
Pro includes quotes, orders, and document templates. Enterprise adds invoices. Basic is the pipeline without the commercial documents. See how to send a quote from the deal and the longer note on quote to cash without Excel.
From the quote record and its template. The file the customer opens is the same line items, tax, and expiry already on the deal. It is not a Word document saved beside the pipeline.
They can accept on the link, or you mark the quote accepted. Then you generate the order from that quote. There is no standalone order with no parent quote.
Enterprise. Pro stops at quotes and orders. The trial is Pro, so you can send and accept quotes for 30 days before you decide.
