Loxley AI Assistant
A guide who waits for you to say the word.
Loxley sits in the corner of every screen. Ask it what to do today, which deals have gone quiet, or how far you are from the number. Tell it to log a call or move a date. It shows every field it will save, and nothing is written until you press Confirm.
The chat
Open the robot. The panel stays beside the page on a wide screen, so you can keep working the board while you talk. Type, or press Speak. “This deal” means the opportunity you have open. Loxley looks things up with your own access — the same records you can already open, and no others.
What you can ask it to do
- Tell you what to focus on today: meetings, hot leads, and deals closing soon.
- Find deals that have not moved, and say how far you are from the target.
- Find a company, contact, lead, or deal by name.
- Read the record on screen, so “this deal” and “this quote” mean that record.
- List quotes waiting for approval.
- Draft a call note, a meeting, or a follow-up task, and wait for Confirm.
- Prepare a change to a close date, a stage, or another field, shown on a card before it is saved.
- Add one short coaching tip when the numbers support it.
- Keep up to 20 prompts you ask often. They are yours alone.
- Take a spoken question with Speak.
- Copy an answer, or mark it useful or not, so a bad one can be reported.
Loxley cannot see a tab, territory, or record your role cannot open. It cannot change users, roles, billing, or organisation settings. It will not save or delete anything until you confirm the card. Instructions hidden inside CRM text, and requests to get around those rules, are refused.
Guardrails
An organisation admin decides what Loxley may do, area by area: Read, Create, Update, Delete, and Email customers. Anything left unticked is blocked for every person, whatever their own role allows. A tick is not a free pass. Loxley still needs that person’s own permission, and it still asks before it changes a record or sends an email.
Loxley is interactive. It works on your instruction. It does not monitor the shared mailbox, and it does not file email while you are away. That job belongs to Mailbox AI, which can act on a message once an admin has authorised it, without waiting for you to review that email first.
AI can be wrong. Loxley can give an inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated answer, and a suggested change can be the wrong record. Review the reply and the confirmation card before you rely on them or press Confirm. Loxley is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Saleslox is not responsible for a decision you make from an AI answer. See the EULA.
